QuietStuf Duct Wrap or Insulation Blanket (25mm) is a lightweight, flexible, acoustic/thermal Insulation manufactured from Thermally bonded Polyester with a Fire Resistant Foil Laminate Facing on one side.QuietStuf Duct Wrap is used for external lining of Air-conditioning Sheetmetal Ductwork and? provides Noise Absorption and Thermal Insulation for the ducting.? It also acts as a Moisture Blanket preventing condensation on cold Air Systems that could otherwise lead to Corrosion and Staining of Ceilings if not Insulated.????

?OqietStuf is designed to be easy to install with a 150mm overlap of foil provided on one side of the roll for Simple and Quick joining with standard Foil Tapes.

APPLICATIONS:?? Quietstuf must be fitted without gaps around Ducting, edges to be Overlapped and Sealed with Tape.? Where being used to Control Condensation, the Ducting Wrap must be fully Sealed to Prevent moisture ingress.?? Deviations from this must be consulted with the specifying engineer.??

Dependant on the application, QuietStuf Duct Wrap may also require fixing with Fire Retardant Adhesive and/or Mechanical Fixings (penetrations through the vapour barrier are to be sealed completely).
