Refund policy

At Aircon Flange Ltd, we want to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Change of Mind Returns

Aircon Flange Ltd does not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind returns.

Where a change-of-mind return is approved by Aircon Flange Ltd, an in-store credit will be issued for the value of the accepted returned goods.

All returns must be approved by Aircon Flange Ltd prior to being returned.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • The goods must be unused and returned in the same condition in which they were supplied.

  • All original packaging, brochures, instructions and accompanying materials must be included and in as-new condition where reasonably possible.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed by Aircon Flange Ltd.

  • Proof of purchase may be required.

Aircon Flange Ltd reserves the right to decline a change-of-mind return where these conditions have not been met.

Store Credit

Approved change-of-mind returns will be provided as an in-store credit only. Cash refunds will not be provided for change-of-mind purchases.

A handling fee of up to 20% of the value of the returned goods, plus any applicable freight costs, may apply in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If you believe an item is faulty, damaged, defective, or does not match what was ordered, please contact Aircon Flange Ltd as soon as possible so we can assess the issue.

Where applicable, Aircon Flange Ltd will provide a remedy in accordance with its obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and other applicable New Zealand law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under New Zealand law.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact Aircon Flange Ltd with your proof of purchase, details of the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.

Please do not return goods until your return has been approved by Aircon Flange Ltd.
