Threaded Rod, M10 Cap - Plastic Grey

Threaded rod caps are used to protect the exposed threads on the end of a threaded rod from damage by dust, dirt, moisture, physical impact, essentially safeguarding the threads during storage, transportation, or when not in use; they are commonly used in construction.

Threaded Rod Caps are plastic grey (can also be supplied in Black) also used to make a nice finish or aesthically pleasing finish and helps eliminate injury be covering the end of the Threaded Rod.

Threaded Rod securely fasten two items together when a longer, more rigid fastener is needed, like in construction to support or suspend items from ceilings and walls, such as pipes, cables, or ductwork, due to its extended length and ability to be tightened with nuts.

In NZ M10 Threaded Rod is commonly used in common HVAC Applications.

Threaded Rod is available as a stocked line in 8mm, 10mm, 12mm in typically 1m or 2m lengths depending on the finish.  Finishes are Zinc Plated, Galvanised & Stainless Steel.
